Ingredients
- 200g Montgomery’s Cheddar
- 220g Innes Goat’s Cheese
- 200g Gratte Paille
- 300g Blue Stichelton
- 350g Vacherin Mont d’Or or Wigmore
- 200g Cracked Wet Walnuts
- 200g Quince Jelly
- 5-10 Endive leaves
- 200g Muscat grapes
- Selection of crackers, biscuits, crusty bread
Method
Arrange the cheeses on a large platter or cutting board along with the wet walnuts, jelly, endive leaves, grapes, crackers, biscuits and bread.
Serve at room temperature with a nice dessert wine. |
