A quintessential Surrey boarding and day preparatory school has been happy since 2005 to have chosen bartlett mitchell to cater for its day and boarding students. as well as annual school events and a prestigious hospitality service.
  • Numbers on site: 300 day pupils plus 100 borders.
  • Responsible for the delivery of very prestigious hospitality at the main house, upon which the Headmaster places great emphasis.
  • The organisation of annual & seasonal events such as speech day, sporting events etc.

Achievements

  • The brief was to take a fresh look at all that was thought to be too traditional, to ensure an updated high quality of food & service delivery
  • The school required active & ongoing support to deliver the client objectives & to focus on real issues facing the food offer
  • This support & focus has resulted in a much more stable relationship and has reduced food costs (of up to 50% in some cases) benefiting the schools pockets & leaving some capital for extraneous events.
