Sous Chef, (Part-time) Vauxhall (job ref 072)

Sous chef part time-Mon, Tues, Wed 7am to 3.30pm 8 hrs paid per day required to job share at this busy Head Office unit in Vauxhall. £9.31 per hour.

Reporting into the Head Chef you will be required to assist in the day to day running of this busy kitchen-the service offer is a high level of hospitality, breakfast and lunch service with both hot and cold offer. Managing all due diligence aspects and assisting with menu planning and stock control with a view to covering the head chef in their abscence.

You will need to have all the relevant qualifications for this role and have held a previous similar position.

Being a fresh food company you will need to be passionate about great food and great service with a keen eye for detail and high standards.
