It had to happen, David's on TV - BM-TV that is. This week we added our very first two training video clips to youtube for your customers and even our teams to watch our people make the food they love. The series starts with me!
I’ve done a couple of simple recipes just to get the ball rolling and to see how we can take it all forward. We'll then get some of our chefs, managers, area managers and executive chef, Mark McCann on film with their favourite recipes.
Take a look at the clips - they last about 7 minutes each and the first one shows you how to make my delicious shortbread biscuits. The second is a class on making vinegairette, and I reckon it reaches a crescendo of excitement when I add blue cheese to the dressing to make Hot Potato Salad with Barkham Blue Dressing.
