Overheads are carefully controlled and grow in-line with the business, with a strong focus on the support and development of the bartlett mitchell team.

Over the next five years our intentions are to...

  • Develop visibility & achievement in our core markets
  • Focus on high end, high quality, niche contracts that operate within our geographical area
  • Maintain a manageable business with the director's controlling the flat structure
  • Continue our strategic growth policy, with 6-10 contracts per year, maintaining a 4% profit base
  • Retain 100% of current clients and continue to achieve full client satisfaction
