Val Mullineux: marketing manager

Val is available to our clients to develop and implement the ideas that David & the client come up with, to provide solutions to any problems or opportunities. Val's great strength is the ability to take an idea, put it down on paper, and implement it in a systematic way.

Val developed her passion for food and good service when she worked in the family run hotel on the Wirral. Moving to London, she went on to attend Westminster College gaining her catering qualifications while working for BT in-house catering and managing some 76 HQ catering units. At BT, one of her main achievements was the opening and running the Telecom Tower for the company’s high profile hospitality.

With the outsourcing to Compass Group in October 1991, Val transferred and held roles in food service and development working on a wide range of initiatives and bringing various concepts to market. Most recently Val was CMC.
