In these tough economic times, bartlett mitchell are actively seeking to keep our teams motivated...

A recent success has been the implementation of a cash back plan for all of our employees, which cover costs such as dental services, eye tests and general "well-being" services like acupuncture and aromatherapy. Health Shield is a non profit making 'friendly society' with over 130 years of experience and our teams are really reaping rewards.

The concept is simple: we contribute Level 1 - which automatically provide all employees with the first level of cash back claims which includes a variety of listed services i.e. Level 1 allows £60 cash back towards chiropractor / physio treatment and £40 towards dental services - which means all our team member and their family are covered for 1 dental check-up a year. All children (up to 18) can be added free of charge and partners can also be added for a small charge. There is also an option to upgrade - differing levels of contribution provide increasing levels of cover and all this is processed through our Payroll Department - nice and easy.

The response has been amazing. The Directors have had numerous reports of cash back claimed, and one money saving expert claimed back £495 in the first 4 months.
