At a meeting recently, we were asked why our staff turnover was so low. One reason is that we love to treat the troops, so twice a year everyone at bartlett mitchell gets together and parties! This year’s winter gathering was held at the Irish Centre in Reading, where the team learnt to ceili dance with a live music accompaniment.

Mark McCann created a great Irish-themed menu, excellently provided by Graham and his team, and the Guinness flowed!
