Sally manages the bartlett mitchell Snapshot Audit System, our internal KPI process, to effectively and timely measure quality systems and evidence of improvement.
Sally spent her first working years at Shepperton Film Studios within the catering department working for Hall Ellison. She soon became a dab hand at pushing food trolleys onto film sets (especially when it was for the likes of Wham or Mel Gibson).
In her early twenties she moved to the airport and within two years was involved in Sutcliffe's first retail brand concept Coffee by Laurentis alongside Ian Mitchell. Sally then subsequently helped to introduce La Brioche Doree (a french patisserie) into the UK as the brand development manager (and put on several pounds in the process).
She then went on to work through two pregnancies as an Area Manager for a niche contract caterer in its start up years. Deciding to find a more flexible company and being able to reduce hours, she now finds herself as bartlett mitchell's Project Manager and manages the Snapshot Quality Audit Process plus a number of special priority projects, such as IIP!
