bartlett mitchell have access to local support and casual teams, who are referenced as per our permanent members of the team. This is known as the bartlett mitchell support team.

Each member of our support team receives training in exactly the same way as the teams permanently at client locations - through appraisal of needs coupled with future aspirations. 

During the early months of a new contract, each member of our support team will work on-site to gain experience of the contract. They are also heavily involved with a new contract to support the new team and to teach areas such as bookwork and ordering; in this way, when cover is required, they already have a good working knowledge of the contract.
