‘I started as a customer service assistant but quickly became involved in helping my manager with the food preparation. Now bartlett mitchell are sponsoring me to do an NVQ. When I’m preparing something from the menu, we e mail the company to tell them and all the customers come down to see what it’s like. The feedback has been amazing – everyone is really encouraging!

‘I’ve worked here for 8 years and having already changed from one catering company in the past, I was a little concerned. What a difference this time! Our ideas were listened to and we all met the owners and directors who made us all feel comfortable with the transfer. We even got taken out to Canary Wharf to look at High Street competitors as part of our Induction training. New ideas and creativity is what this company is all about. It’s exciting to be part of it all and I’m looking forward to meeting more of the bartlett mitchell team at the party.’

I have worked for bartlett mitchell for almost 5 years. My job is now more enjoyable, working for a forward thinking, friendly & innovative company. We now have the freedom to make choices in many areas & purchase what we want from our suppliers instead of limited choices under the previous larger caterers.
Together we have made good improvements in all areas. Personally I have a good relationship with my colleagues, the head office team up to the Directors of the company. I feel valued & not just a number now. Being part of a company which values its people is really important to me
