Wendy's passion for food and good service has taken her all over the world to look at the latest innovations. These ideas play a large part in the catering services offered by bartlett mitchell.
Wendy has spent all her working life in contract catering after gaining her qualifications at Thames Valley University. A major part of her career was spent looking after the staff for British Airways, probably one of the single largest catering operations in the UK. Part of Wendy's responsibilities included the hospitality in British Airways VIP lounges and the Concorde departure lounge.
Prior to forming bartlett mitchell, Wendy directed some of the most prestigious businesses in the City of London for four years, and as MD of bartlett mitchell, she has the drive and determination to forge a successful strategy ensuring the continued growth and delivery of bartlett mitchell standards.
