As Joint Managing Director (alongside Angus), Antony is ultimately responsible for the successful delivery of service to BM’s regional clients and for helping shape BM’s strong and resourceful company culture. Values-driven, practical and calm under pressure, Antony’s proactive, strategic operational planning enables the delivery of robust operational resources to support our clients and teams.
Antony has been part of the #BMfamily since 2011, progressing from operational and director-level roles to Joint Managing Director in 2022. His years of experience in hospitality, before moving into contract catering in operational and management roles, inform his logical, results-driven approach to client service delivery.
Antony says his most pleasurable food experience was a fantastic restaurant in the Mudbrick vineyard, just off the coast of Auckland in New Zealand. He described it as fabulous views of the Hauraki Gulf, great company, top-notch wines, and food to die for!
