We designed a new staff restaurant, introduced multiple vending services and provide working lunch hospitality. Notably, we overcame the challenge of working from a very small kitchen with no extraction facility by designing a modern staff restaurant with an open and energetic chef’s theatre.

This client prides itself in using British produce and developing drinks for a world that wants to be healthier. The foodservice we offer is in harmony with their approach. Our staff restaurant offers an abundant and bespoke salad bar. Here, customers can feast on a mouth-watering range of seasonal salads, fresh pasta dishes and vegetables. Meanwhile, our all day ‘Grab & Go’ bar is the go-to destination for wholesome sandwiches, premium home-made pastries and nourishing boxed salads. We always ensure that our expert chefs prepare food that is bursting with carefully sourced produce from the best of british, local suppliers.
To quench our clients’ thirst, we stock a range of their beverages. We have also introduced a coffee bar serving our sustainable, in-house brand, Perkee Coffee.
