Delicious and healthy aren’t mutually exclusive. That’s the thinking behind our Vitality Kitchen range. We launched it last year, through strongly branded pop-ups in our restaurants, offering food that’s healthy and – more importantly – tasty and enticing.

In developing the menus, we’ve paid a lot of attention to colour, as everyone chooses food with their eyes. And we avoid being worthy. People want to know the food is good for them, but our first priority is always to make it attractive.
