Hebe Richardson, wellness manager at bartlett mitchell, has been named as an Acorn award winner – one of 30 outstanding young people in the sector to receive the award.
The Acorns, which are awarded to talented individuals under the age of 30 in hospitality, is announced every year by The Caterer, one of the industry’s leading publications.
Previous winners include the celebrity chefs, Jamie Oliver and Marco Pierre White alongside many other inspiring figures within the UK hospitality industry.
bartlett mitchell appointed Hebe to a newly created position of wellness manager in January 2019. Her remit has been to develop a healthy eating strategy, combining both training and customer outreach, with menu development and analysis. She is also responsible for the development and delivery of nutritional training to BM family teams.
In her role, Hebe produces tools for managers and runs inspiring wellness workshops for customers as well as provide healthy living tips and recipes they can enjoy at home.
