Because we’re an entrepreneurial business, we don’t have a one-size-fits-all template that we attempt to force on each client. Our catering focuses on tailor-made solutions using innovation. We take time to develop bespoke ideas to match the client culture, employees’ tastes and the physical environment.
We also recognise the importance of value for money. We work as a tight, agile team to develop solutions that reduce costs and use resources more smartly.
20 fundamentally foodie years later …
We’ve grown steadily to a team of over 1,000 experienced foodies, serving 50,000 customers every day in over 100 locations in the UK.
We’re proud of our 98 per cent client retention rate, running contracts with businesses across a broad range of sectors, including finance, legal, education, media, health and technology.
Sustainability and ethics underpin everything we do – from sourcing responsibly and reducing waste to supporting our communities. We’ve won the Sustainable Restaurant Association’s ‘Sustainable Caterer of the Year’ Award three years in succession, been voted a ‘Best Company’ to work for, and were the first contract caterer to achieve the Planet Mark.
As an independent company, our financial strategy is to re-invest our profit to fund business growth. We base our decisions on what our clients need from our catering service, not on the interests of shareholders.
